Emeriti Faculty/Retiree ID Cards
UC Davis ID cards are extended to emeritus faculty or retired staff who are receiving benefits from
University of California Retirement System (UCRS).
Eligibility
Only UC Davis retired faculty and staff are eligible to obtain a UC Davis Retiree Identification Card. If you retired from another UC campus you are not eligible for a UC Davis identification card.
How To Obtain Your Retiree Identification Card
- All retirees must visit Human Resources at Orchard Park Drive in Davis to obtain a temporary pink ID card. Retirees must show documentation from UCRS indicating retirement status. All retirees will receive a temporary pink ID card when they meet with a benefits representative to complete their retirement documents. This temporary card will suffice as the required documentation needed to obtain their UC Davis Retiree ID Card.
- Once you have obtained your temporary pink ID card, please visit Student Accounting at 2100 Dutton Hall to have your picture taken. Student Accounting is open between the hours of 10 am-4 pm, Monday thru Friday. If you wish to make an appointment between 9–10 am, please call (530) 754-7766.
- If you have an existing Library Card please provide your Library bar code at the time you request your ID. We will transfer your privileges onto your employee ID; otherwise you will be issued a new library bar code.
Reminder: All persons receiving a campus-issued identification card must present a valid form of photo identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.) to obtain their new ID.
