Student Accounting
Please visit Student Accounting at 2100 Dutton Hall between the hours of 10 am–4 pm, Monday thru Friday.
Student Accounting’s service hours are 10 am–4 pm, Monday thru Friday. If you wish to schedule an appointment between 9–10 am you may do so by contacting the Employee ID Card office at (530) 754-7766. If you forget to make an appointment before arriving at Dutton Hall you may use the courtesy telephone located on the first floor to call the Employee ID Card Office.
At the time of your visit it will take approximately five minutes to process your ID card. We will ask to see your governmental ID (i.e. passport or driver’s license) and verify your information in the Payroll & Personnel system. If you have an existing library card please be prepared to provide your library bar code at the time of processing your Employee ID Card. We will transfer your library bar code onto your new ID card so that you have no interrupted services.
Email
Employees who wish to request an Employee ID Card through email must provide a professional picture through .jpeg. Please email your picture to employeeID@ucdavis.edu. The background should be a blue back drop or a professional background (i.e. not outdoor backgrounds). In your email you should provide your mailing address so that we can send your ID through U.S. Postal Service.
Important: If you choose to email a request for an Employee ID Card your photo must be available through your departmental Web site in which your name and picture are both uploaded.
Due to security measures, ID cards will not be released or mailed until we have verified the information on the new employee cards. This ID check applies to all employees without any exceptions.
New Employee Orientation
All new employees who attend New Employee Orientation (NEO) will be offered an Employee ID Card. Your photo will be taken and delivered back to you on the same day of your orientation. If you have to leave unexpectedly, you can pick-up your employee ID Card at Student Accounting, 2100 Dutton Hall.
At the time of taking your photo or picking-up your ID card, you must be prepared to show your governmental ID (i.e. passport or driver’s license).
