Visiting Scholar/Volunteer Cards
International and Domestic Volunteers/Scholars who are not paid through UC Davis may obtain an ID card as follows:
- Departments should complete the Human Resources form.
- Departments should retain the original and send a copy of the relevant form with the volunteer/scholar to 2100 Dutton Hall to receive their ID card.
Note: Not all volunteers are eligible for library privileges. Eligibility must be determined by the library.
Reminder: All persons receiving a campus-issued identification card must present a valid form of photo identification to obtain their new ID. This would include a passport or driver’s license.
